1.
Horizontal Installation would be the best way for dc compressor, the angle of
inclination must be less than 5°
2.
Screw Bolt torque for suction and discharge port is 11±1 N.m
3.
Please finish the compressor installation in 5 minutes after take off the
suction and discharge port cover.
Safety
Notes:
Confirm
the connection wire, before the compressor is turned on (The positive and
negative wire harness cannot be reversed), or it will damage the compressor.
If
the input voltage exceeds 70VDC, it will damage the compressor.
After
you turn off the compressor, wait more than 2 minutes before restarting the
compressor to avoid the compressor restarting under high pressure.
Over
current protection: When the compressor's working current exceeds 12amp. the
compressor will stop working for protection and the compressor will restart in
15 seconds automatically.
If
the compressor restarts more than 5 times because of the over current
protection, please inspect your system to check why the compressor current is
over protection. Then cut off the power and restart the compressor again.
Over
temperature protection: We have temperature sensor in our controller, when the
temperature is higher than 203F (95C), the compressor
will restart to working after 15 seconds till the temperature drops to 167F (75C).
